Prompt payments are always appreciated. I do request that all payments are made within 3 days. If there is an issue please notify me so we can try to work something out. Payments via pay pal is offered (alone with google checkout). Please make sure your address is confirmed, otherwise it could delay shipments. If I have to wait for payments to clear that will hold up the shipping until that time has come. Money Orders are accepted also. 1. Please notify me if you are planning on using this method, so I can look for your payments in the mail. 2. I can't ship out the product until payment is received. 3. Please note clearly your shipping address, what form of shipping you would like, and identify what product you purchased. The easiest way for you to do this is printing out the actual product page to include with the payment. 4. Please contact me for address to send moneyorder. I don't like to place that information on the site due to spammers, etc.

Most of our items are sent out Priority mail, but if you wish something sent different we are open to options! Please inquire! Trophies are shipped UPS for insurance coverage!

Normally, I use Priority Mail for all my packages. If you would prefer to use Parcel Post for your packages to save some money on shipping I would be more than happy to do that. Keep in mind that will take at times a lot longer to get to you, and has restrictions for delivery confirmation and insurance. I would be more than happy to combine items to save your money on shipping charges, and I normally ship out within 3-4 business days. If there is a delay I will contact you right away. I normally try to get the packages out promptly. I welcome international orders, but you will have to contact me for a quote. Also be note that I can only pay the shipping charges presented at the time from the carrier, and can't be responsible for additional fees you are asked to pay to be received within your country.

Let's talk a little about tag sizes -. Never go by the tag size only (unless you are familiar with the brand name and already know what tag size you wear). The tag size really is just that.. a tag size as provided by the manufacturer which represents the size for that particular cut and brand. As you know.. every brand is cut differently. What alot of people do is take their favorite shirt, pant, etc and measure it for comfort. Use that for your guide in buying used clothing! On each screen I have supplied measurements, and explained where I got them from. For example: Waist - Top of pants! Alot of people will lay them down flat - not to tight - and measurement the top of their favorite pants! Just remember to double that number! Shopping used clothing can be affordable, and very exciting with your favorite styles available!

Please note that I do wash all my used products, bag them, and find the best shipping method so they get to you in a good condition! If the product is new with tags - they will NOT be washed. Products that require dry cleaning are not included. I found that people would rather do that themselves. I don't send out nasty, smelling items - so they will be clean! Sensitive skin or reactions to certain laundry products? I do not ship with scented items like dryer strips, etc. I have been working towards purchasing non-allergic products. I realize some people have strong reactions to some soaps, etc. I would appreciate you contacting me FIRST before purchasing anything just for your own piece of mind! I will send you the information about what soap, etc I used so you can prepare yourself or decide on another product. The last thing I want to do is have someone react to a cleaning product I use. I understand this very well, since I have family members that are sensitive as well! I would rather you be happy with your purchase, and be able to wear it without problems!

What about Defects on products? If I find any defects on products I will make sure and note those! Please make sure you read all the details for each product. I can't be responsible if you didn't read those! Most of the time I will supply a picture of the defect so you can make your buying decision that way. Something like 'missing button' or 'loose button' type of things are not photographed.

Average turn around time is 3 working days from the time you give final approval on the layout until your badges are ready to ship. If you need a faster turn around time please note that in the comments area of your order. Shipping methods range from Best Way (2-10 working days and will be shipped either by US Mail or by UPS ground) to Overnight shipping depending on your needs.

We are working on having an online viewer so that you will be able to see your badge during the ordering process but it is not available yet. Currently, in order for us to know what you want on your badge, you will need to first, place your order. Once we receive your order, we will set up a sample name badge (or two if we have alternate suggestions), post it on a web page and e-mail you a link for you to review the layout. You can then reply to that e-mail with any changes you may want or approval the layout we sent.

Strong enough to firmly hold through a thick business suit lapel and summer jackets. They do not work on some winter overcoats.

Our badges are made out of high quality white fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) with a glossy finish. This is a stiff plastic which is approximately .09" thick (about the same thickness of 2 U.S. dimes stacked on top of each other) .

What are the file specifications? Files must be in RGB color model, not CMYK. Files must be in PC format. Text in the files must be converted to curves. Files should be less than 4 MB in size. Image resolution should be a minimum of 160 dpi and a maximum 300 dpi. Jpg and gif images should be saved in their highest quality. The image size for each badge is listed in the below. The bleed area extends beyond the size of the badge so that the color will go all the way to the edge. Most of this area will be cut off during printing. To save time, please feel free us for the download for our templates. The outer guideline (black) is for full bleed. The inner guideline (red) is the area for text. If you are submitting something other than a Corel draw file to us for printing please remove the red line prior to submission. If you can't use a corel draw (need jpg or gif) please specify.

There are several reasons for not being able to match colors with this process. A monitor image is produced using light to illuminate red, green and blue (RGB) dots so is considered "light additive" or "transmissive". The monitor is able to display a much wider range of colors than a reflective product. An image printed onto something is viewed by "reflective light" of the cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) colors. It is nearly impossible to make reflective and transmissive colors match. If your monitor is calibrated correctly the colors will be very close to what you see on the screen. Most monitors are not calibrated correctly when you purchase them. Usually when you purchase a monitor you must calibrate it yourself using a program such as Adobe PhotoShop's gamma utility. Last but not least, the process we use is a dye. The color gamut of these dyes are much more limited than the color gamut of regular printer inks. Regular CMYK printer inks can print upwards of 14 million colors. Our dyes can only print a fraction of that many colors.

To the best of our ability, yes. As we mentioned under the color matching question, our dyes do not have a complete range of the color spectrum so there will be certain PMS colors which we can not match exactly. If you require your design to be a specific PMS color, please provide the PMS color number(s) with a fully editable design (vector format). We will do our best to get as close as possible. Additional charges may apply.

We ask that you upload only the background of your badge (you are welcome to put sample text in your vector or layered background of the badge for us to use as a guideline for layout) and then add the names/titles, etc. in our our ordering system. If you don't find a text or color to your liking, ask for a specific font and/or font color and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. The reason we ask that you do it this way is that we normally need to convert everything from your file format to our printing process. This is sometimes a very cumbersome task depending on your artwork. We much prefer to convert only one badge and then change the names then to convert each and every badge you submit. Keep in mind that badges are normally viewed from a distance of 4-6+ feet. Names should be easily read from that distance. We recommend you do not use text any smaller than 6 pt. (some fonts should not be smaller than 10-12 point). When using thin text or serif text we recommend using bold versions of these fonts especially if they are used on darker colored backgrounds. Light text on dark backgrounds tend to get "swallowed up" by the surrounding dyes in our printing process. We recommend after your design is finished to make all text in darker areas at least 1 point larger and outline the text with the same color to make it more bold.
